2. within the warranty period and the machine parts damage under normal using condition, we will offer free new ones for replacement.
3. after the expiry of warranty, we can renewal of the contract, which can enjoy the same service as that during the warranty period.

Q : Are you factory or trading company?
A: Here we are factory since the year 1995, focus in producing small size crawler / wheel excavators.

A: For terms of payment, L/C, T/T, Western Union (can be) could accepted

A: For the certificate, we have CE, ISO.
3: What about the delivery time?
A: 7-20 days after receiving the deposit.
